How long will the entire design process take?

First, we will have you sign a contract, and we will issue an invoice. Once the contract is signed and payment has been made, we move into the “Discover” phase. After we have gathered all the info required, the process can take between 15 and 25 business days. This number varies depending on complexity of design, package chosen, and communication with the client.

What if I need additional revisions?

We work hard in the beginning to refine your ideas and get a clear understanding of what you’re looking for to avoid additional revisions! In the event that you need additional revisions, you will pay our hourly rate of $100/ hour. The amount is paid when the project is complete.

How do you manage Graphic design projects?

We use a project management tool called Trello to manage all our projects. This allows you to easily provide us with all the information we need and track our design progress. New to Trello? No problem, we will walk you through the registration process and how it works over the phone!

How involve am I in the design process?

Logo design and branding are collaborative processes, and we will work together every step of the way. This results in a fully transparent process where you are in control 100% of the time.

When the graphic design is complete, do I own the design?

Yes, you will own 100% of your completed design.
