How do you build your websites?
We use the content management system (CMS) WordPress to build all our websites. If your current website is HTML, Wix, Squarespace or a different CMS we can transfer it to WordPress for you before development begins.
How does payment for the website work?
We take a 50% non-refundable deposit before the job begins. The remaining 50% balance is paid once the website has been completed and approved by you. All payments are due upon receipt.
What payment methods do you accept?

Will I get to see a mock-up of the website before development starts?
Yes, we will create a desktop wireframe of your home page that will set the theme for the rest of the website. For larger projects, we create wireframes for multiple pages and offer them on mobile as well. You will be able to provide feedback on the designs to ensure we are on the same page before development begins.
How many rounds of revisions do you offer for web designs?
We offer two rounds of revisions during the design process for our custom and e-commerce packages. The 1st round will occur when a draft of the entire website is complete. We do the majority of the heavy lifting before the development begins to ensure we can provide you with a draft you like. Additional rounds of revisions, will be considered out of scope of the project and the price/timeline will be reevaluated.
Do you help with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
Yes, we incorporate on-page SEO into every website design by internal linking, proper heading structures, image alt tags and more. We also write meta titles and descriptions for all applicable pages. This will set a great base for your site if you decide to invest in off-page SEO later on.
Is there a monthly management or hosting fee for the website?
If you decide you would like us to manage your website, hosting, and emails there is a monthly management fee. If you would simply like us to build your website and host it yourself, that works too. We can perform updates for you on à la carte basis at our hourly rate of $100/hour.
How long does it take to build a website?
This depends on the size and complexity of the website. The majority of our designs are complete within 20-30 business days. However, larger projects with complex features and more pages can take longer.
Who provides the images and text for the website?
Who knows your business better than you? No one! So it makes sense for you to provide us with the written content and any non-stock images/videos you have. However, if you need content we do offer these services at an additional cost.
